I'm Sad

I just want to say, it's the end of the year, New Year's Eve........I should be happy, excited. But, you know, I'm not.

The Pats are done, what do people do on Sundays in January?

The Celtics had the perfect season rolling along, now they lose 3 games in one road trip? (Granted Portland had an extra guy on the court to help 'em win)

The Sox.............well, they ain't done shit. While we have TB as a strong force in the division and the Skankees going fucking ape shit in the off season........That bums me out.

A lil' tear is rolling down my cheek. I'm getting drunk.

Sox are Bard up for catching.

Theo.....usually, I can follow you. I can agree with you.....I can even drink my beer and smile as I think of the deals rolling around inside of your head.
But, this one...I don't get.
Ok, ok.....Bard had a couple of good offensive years when we ditched his ass, last year he hit .200ish. He'll probably be fine with the the bat, I'm cool with that.
What I don't get is this. We get rid of 'Belli because we have Bard..........Bard can't catch the knuckleball. Now, understand, this was his one and only job......and he (I'll repeat here) COULDN'T CATCH THE FUCKING KNUCKLEBALL!!!
So, what did we do, we trade Bard to get 'Belli back.....right? Ok, great....'Belli catches Wake just great, but now a catch.........'Belli is no longer.
So, we had this guy Kevin Cash. This guy did a really freaking good job catching the Wakester. I was impressed. His bat was similar to the 'Belli, but......you know what, his only job was to catch the fucking knuckleball.
So, a funny thing happens this year. (Theo, here's where I'm confused) We don't resign Cash, nope, in fact......WE LET THE FUCKING YANKEES SIGN HIM, THOSE FUCKWADS.
So, no 'Belli, no Cash, no one to catch the difficult knuckler. Right, Wrong. We resign Bard.
Now, I'm assuming he's not going to be our everyday catcher, if he does end up becoming our everyday guy, I'll erase this post, but I just don't think he will be our everyday catcher.
So, you may ask yourself.....if he's not our everyday catcher, what would his job be?
HIS FUCKING JOB, WHICH HE FAILED AT MISERABLY ONCE, WOULD BE TO CATCH TIM WAKEFIELD AND HIS KNUCKLEBALL.
This is all so confusing and makes me feel................like we should have just resigned Kevin Cash for chump change.
To me, too many catchers, resigned, traded away, resigned, losing money for 1 pitcher.

DONE

The season is officially over for the Pats........FUCK....Well. I gotta say, I can't believe that we aren't in the playoffs with our 11-5 record. FUCK........I also gotta say, Matt Castlehoff fucking ended up being wicked awesome. FUCK......I gotta give props to what we ended up with for our running game. FUCK. FUCK FUCK.....I gotta remember how tight it was having Moss/Welker......FUCK FUCK FUCK....IT's all over. FUCK FUCK FUCK........(lil' tear coming down) (Sad)

Oh hummmmmmm..........

The Sox and Brad Penny are about to make a 1 year deal...........I guess that makes me not say Fuck.......no it doesn't, the fucking Pats are done.......FUCK FUCK FUCKITY FUCK.

Defeated

A while ago I posted something along the lines of, "Who can beat the C's". Well, shit. First, the Celts played poorly against the Lakers, the Lakers gave it all they had and looked like they were in control the whole game. In the end, the Celts took their first loss in a long time. I was bummed out, but you know........it's ok.

But, what the true horseshit is......is they then played the Golden State Warriors........guarenteed win. RIGHT? WRONG. They chumped out again. So, after starting off with an amazing record, only losing 2 all season, they choke up 2 more losses in a row.

But, I'd rather it happen now. Get it out of their system.

Then, there is the Sox. We lose out to Texerror. We let the Yanks sign Kevin Cash (this one I don't get, I think Theo fucked up, because the guy caught Wake pretty well) As of now, we don't have a catcher at all!!! We don't have a 4th outfielder. We still got Lugo? We could really use one more big bat. So......WTF? I have all the trust in Theo, maybe, hopefully he's got some master plan.......but let's get some shit done.

Now, in about a half hour. We'll all be watching one football game, and you know the one I mean. Pats/Bills. We got one cheer going today.......LETS GO PATS AND JETS. I know it's weird, but just do it.

Reality?

Ok, so I'm just going to put this into perspective. I'm a little drunk...........hiccup. Ok, sure Texerror brings some dimensions to an old Yankee team, sure they got CC and AJ. But, here's why this is good, this is all part of Theo's plan. They paid more for these 3 guys than, well.....I don't know, but they are going to paying big luxury taxes for a long time. I'm not that worried about CC and AJ, and you know what, Texerror can't fix a team either, yeah they'll be better than last year. But, this is what the Yanks have been doing for a long time, and it hasn't worked in almost a decade. So, we as Sox fans can enjoy the fact that at the end of the 2009 year, the Yanks will not be World Series Champions and the fury of NY media will destroy Hankenstein for the signings of these 3 overpaid douchebags. Once again, all together, FUCK THE YANKEES.

Fuck The Yankees

That's all I'm going to say.

Blah, Blah, Blah

Dude, it's getting old now. I mean, sure I would love to see Teixeira in a Sox uniform next year, even if the new uniform look a little gay. I would love to see his gold glove at first and his switch hitting, power driving bat knock around some AL East pitchers. But, my GOD. This is out of control. "We make huge offer, we pull out of the runnings for him, there's a mystery team, we're back in it." It's worse than watching General Hospital while someones rubbing antifreeze on your nuts. (Huh?, well that can't be good)
They say Tex is going to make his decision today. They got us offering 8 years and a shitload of money, the Nats 9 years and an even bigger shitload of money. So, right there you'd have to go Nats, unless he wants to win, then you gotta figure Sox, right. Well, then you hear of reports that the Yankees are now in it, right? Bullshit.
I'm so glad John Henry called Boreass's bluff with that mystery team. There should be some kind of law against him making shit up to drive the prices. Like, for instance, a hospital is not allowed to say, "Oh, you had a surgery, let's compare some other hospital rates.........ooooh, sorry, there is a mystery hospital that quadruples our price, so we're going with that on". Or, like a prostitute can't be like, "Sure I'll give you a hummer for $20, but first let me go and compare other ho's prices and I'll get back to you". No, first of all, her pimp would bitch slap her and tell he to get some fucking cash right now.
Maybe that's what we need in the MLB. A free agent pimp to regulate shit. If your taking to long to decide and you have Boras making shit up, you get a little visit from the MLB Pimp and a little motivation to cut the shit out, and pick a fucking team.
Well..........I'll keep an eye out to see if he makes his decision today....................

Huh?

Then I read this? It's all too confusing.

Just Saying

Ok, ok, ok.......let's say the Sox get Tex....which I think is a done deal at this time, just need to hammer out some details.

I hope we get Tex, but I'm sick of hearing all this crap about "dumping" Lowell. I don't get this flip Lowell shit. I mean, Lowell's got some juice left.

You might say " well, Tex at first....so Youk at third....so bye bye Lowell".

I listen to this and with an understanding mind and I say "sure", but with my brain I say, "dude, shut the fahk up............be creative man, Tex at First....Lowell at Third.....Youlk at Second.....and Pedey at Short"........

Makes sense right. You get rid of Lugo........or....Lugo becomes the new Cora. Backup infielder, right?

There are other options too........Youk at third, Lowell at second? Whatever......Both guys are very good thirdbasemen and could play second easily.

I'm just saying.....if we get Tex, we have a bitchin' lineup and infield.

I bet we get 'em tomorrow.

Red Tex?

I just saw this post on MLBTRADERUMORS.COM.

"5:21pm: Mike Lynch from Channel 5 in Boston reports John Henry and Theo Epstein will meet with Scott Boras tonight with the aim of signing Teixeira tonight or Friday morning. Lynch says the Sox are offering eight years and $184MM."

Looks like we should have a new slugger in the line up soon.

Celtics

Holy Shit..................I can't believe the C's won that game last night. It started out pretty ugly offensively for both teams. But, then again I think the defense was that good for both teams. The C's looked like they forgot how to shoot the basketball, I mean KG, Peirce, all of 'em looked crappy, taking shitty shots...........but like I said, I don't think they got many good looks caused by the Atlanta defense. But in the fourth KG stepped up and made some money shots. Rondo took control and well, it came down to the last minute, but they did it. 16 game win streak!!! 24-2!!!
I asked the question the other day, "who can beat the C's?" Atlanta almost did it. But you take "almost" and shove it up your ass, cuz it don't matter.

The Boston C Party

Oh yeah.........Celtics:100-Utah: not enough. Yup. They just keep winning. They don't slow down a notch, because if they do, someone else on the team steps it up. That's why I believe they could repeat, Championship teams just do that. They get a full performance from every single last breathing person on that team. Look at the Patriots run.........the Ultimate "Team". The '04 Sox were like that, you don't get that stolen base from Roberts and there is no '04. Tampa Gay last year did it.....and yes, the 2008-2009 Celtics are doing it wonderfully.

So where are they now? 23-2!!! Man. 15 game winning streaks.

The only bad news from the game was this http://http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3773677 Yeah, Peirce hurt his knee, he's hopeful to play the next game. You neveer know, he might get pushed out in a wheelchair and take over the game, stranger things have happened.

Ass Kicking of All Sorts

Sorry, I haven't posted in a while, been drinking large amounts of diesel fuel and shitting fire.

I'm short on time and big in the pants, so here's a quicky. (Get your mind out of the gutter)

Well let's start out with the Pats. Granted they were playing Chokeland, I was pleasantly surprised to see the team play hard, play good, and well.......lay it down. Cassell looked like a quality arm in his comfort zone. It was as if they could score at will, which hasn't been the story this year. Hobbs, I think should be our punt receiver every time, why risk a Welker injury, and besides......Hobbs is good at it. Moss and Welker, man....we're lucky to have these guys. Just an all around great win, granted Brett the fucking Jett won too, and so did Miami. Fahk.

Ok, on to the C's. I just want to quickly say, it was great seeing Posey and made me miss him more. But, once again our bench stepped up and proved that it is still pretty good without him. Is it possible for the Celtics to go undefeated for the rest of the season? Hmmmmm.....probably not, but I'm wondering who can beat them.

They Got Him

Welp, they signed him. AJ is in pinstripes and they just spent $243.5 million dollars on 2 pitchers. Yeah, I said $243.5 million dollars, wait, let me make sure I didn't fuck up, $243.5 million dollars. Yup that's right $243.5 million dollars. A.J. had a great year last year.........but,

4 starts in 2003 missed the rest of the year with good ol' Tommy John.

Came back in 2004, but had to shut her down in September due to a elbow injury.

2005 he wasn't really hurt. Record of 12-12 with a good era 3.44 (I'll give him credit here)

Then.....awe shucks started out 2006 on the Disabled List with arm problems, he came back...but in April against the good old Red Sox was removed due to some, you guessed it, arm pain. Ended up on the DL for a couple more months.

2007 A.J. missed 48 games while being on his now common list, The Disabled List, twice.

2008 he apparently got his finger stuck in a car door in the offseason, finger injury, but he did have a good year with 18 wins. (2008 made him some money)

He basically had one really great year, last year.

If the trend continues, over the next 5 years in New York..........

I predict:

1 healthy year

9 trips to the DL

97 games missed.

1 time getting his finger caught in a car door.

ERA over the 5 years about 4.63

11 will be his average games won over 5 years.

2 years with winning records.

1 punch in the face by Youk after Joba throws high and tight during a previous game and AJ tries the same thing.

(notice to reader: these trends may change as the writer's calculations are based on a lot of cheap beer and anger that the Sox haven't made a splash in the off season)

A Couple Of Things

~First of all.........WTF? When I first saw this picture, I was like, and I quote my brain, "Looks like Jerry Fucking Remdawg got a job with the Boston fucking garbage/recyclying waste company". Then, "Jim Fucking Rice.......is he getting so old, that he's at that awkward, sad part of life where you put on funny clothes and leave the house, but your friends and family love you too much to say anything?" "Tito? dude, are you handcuffed? Why the fuck are you wearing a Boston State Prison issued outfit?" Then I slowly put it together...........and my quivering brain shuffled through these false hopes to realize, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO........the dreaded new fahkin' uniforms". Then I thought, "Awwwww.............FAHK". I mean, come on, why they gotta mess with something that works so well? I will be totally unbiased in this post.......this sucks.
~Second.............on a much nicer note....The Celtics continue their dominance. The Wizards looked pretty sad from about 13:42 in the first quarter. Once again, Rondo continues to make me think he will continue to be a star. I love that he is using his speed to his advantage, he's making those fast breaks and finishes....that's the key, now he's finishing. His defense is overlooked, and once again, the dude has got to be one of the fastest guys out there. Ray Allen, sure he went on a mental vacation last years in the finals, but he is back and he is dialed the fuck in. If you need a shot, give to Ray right now. So they make team history last night, they are on a 13 game winning streak, and the best part is ........going for 14 on ESPN at 5:00 PM (PST that is) . I don't think anyone can touch them right now.
~Third.............Fuck the Yankees. I'm sick of hearing about 'em, sick of reading about 'em, and sick of them spending more money than our National Defecit. "From an undisclosed source, the Yankees are on the verge of signing AJ Burnett to a 5 year deal"...........You know what, good, they can take his injury plagued arm, give him bucket loads of cash, and let him warm their fucking bench......because you and I both know he will be on the DL.....a lot. I'm sick of hearing about C.C..............all I'm going to say is 250lbs-290lbs....that's the range I've seen him tipping out on the scales. I kinda like this rotation, because I can almost see both of these guys getting hurt a lot through the next 5-7 years. Arghhhh........I'm fired up, I need a beer.

Matt's Back

I forgot to mention that Matt Cassell is back with the team. I'm hoping he can harness some emotion into long bombs to Moss.

Leaving Las Vegas

Well. The Skankees got their man and are apparently trying to get Lowe, Burnett, Manny, Teixeira, and just about any other free agent. The thing is, no matter what they get, the truth of the matter is most of their team is old. Jeter is quickly getting old, Damon come on, Godzilla, Posada. There core is really not that great, and the ones that aren't old, kind of suck..........Cano, Melky, Hughes......they can all go eat some corn on the man cob for all I care. I admit, if they get CC, Lowe, and Burnett, they would have a nice rotation, however, Fuck Them.

I'm still convinced Theo will make something happen.

Well......tonight we get the Celtics vs Wizards at 5:00 pm (PST that is) it's on TNT so check it out. This is a cool game as they are going for a franchise first..........history making.........a win would put them at 21-2, never been done in Celtic history, it would also put them at a 13 game winning streak (wicked awesome). The Wizards did however beat the C's twice last year, so it should be a fun game. I let you know how it went later or tomorrow.

AWWW......SHIT!

I'm trying to see remaining schedules for enemy teams when I stumble across this fucking gem.

Yup. Matt Cassel's dad died. Now, I know I should be focused on the sadness of this event, which my respects do go out to the young QB, but I tend to focus more on the reality that Kevin O'Connell will more than likely start the game Sunday. Fuck. I mean, come on........Tom Brady goes down in the first fucking quarter, somehow Cassel keeps us in a 3 way fucking tie to get to the playoffs, now we have to hope O'Connell can beat Chokeland. I just think we have some kind of evil spell on us this year. Look at last game.......Wilork, Warren, and Bruschi all hurt. Probably not playing next game.
Yup this is how I feel!

Just Saying

Well, one of the first big free agents gets a deal, and when I say big free agent, I mean the biggest, fattest free agent out there.

You can read about it here.

http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20081210&content_id=3710546&vkey=hotstove2008

So, C.C. is a Skankee. At first glance you might get a bit nervous thinking, "man, this guy has been good, won a cy young, good ERA against the AL East". Sure, the guy is good, for a tub of lard. But, lets look a little closer.........

*First of all the contract is 7 years $160,000,000. The Yanks just don't learn from their mistakes. I mean, the big contracts are killing them. CC will be 35 and well past his prime by the end of that contract.

*One pitcher isn't going to fix a team......I'm sure they will make some more big moves, I've heard Lowe could be signed soon. I still think they are number 3 in the East next year.

*Red Sox can hit CC. I don't have his regular season record against the Sox, but I do know that his post season record is 1-3 with a 7.92 ERA, going 0-2 against the Sox in the most important time of the baseball season.

*The guy is fat......he's thrown more pitches than most pitchers in the game and he weighs more than most players combined. I just feel like after a couple years he's going to lose a step, lose a couple of MPH on his fast ball and probably get hurt.

*One more......his start to the season last year was 6-8. I know he did good with the Brewers, but 6-8. If he starts out that way, the media with kill him.

*And, how will he handle the media if he stuggles, it's killed many before.

Did he say 4 1/3 innings 8 runs to the Red Sox ? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha,.........

Good ol' West Brookfield

Well......no Pats, no C's until freaking Thursday, and only some bullshit from some doushe (spelling?) bags in Ma writing about fake MLB Trades.

*************************************************
I haven't lived in MA in about 12 years or so. I was a wee lad of 21, legal drinking age in those times. Now living in a place that I called "OR-IH-GONE", now I call it "OR-AH-GIN". (Take note of that fellow East Coast Natives, 'cuz out here, they hate that Fahkin' shit).

West Brookfield was my home. Small New England town. We had the Town Hall (featured in this foto), a common, and a town lake. It was all good as a young boy. But as I grew older, the "Staties" (also featured in said foto) sucked ass. I wonder if any of you Massachussetts natives know what I'm talking about................I'd like to hear your stories.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Trade Rumors

Let's look at a couple of Trade Rumors going around today:

~Andy Pettite with Red Socks on? Hmmmmmm.....that would be weird. But, that's a rumor going around today. He's good for 10-15 wins, if he's signed for short amount of years for reasonable money, good pickup. And, not to mention the moral blow the Skankees.

~Mark Teixeira. Well, I don't think an offer is placed, but it would obviously be a nice bat in the lineup. Not too sure about the crazy years and money.

~AJ Burnett. Great pitcher who get hurt a lot. Long term I think is a bad idea, but he could be a force in a strong rotation. Like ours.

~CC? I just don't see it happening. I also think he's too big to last the length of a big contract. I mean, the dude is freaking a monster.

~V-Tek........I'm thinking he'll be gone, and as sad as I'll be, I think we'll be fine.

Shit I even found a lil' video.

This is round 1 of the last time Urijah and Jens hooked up. California................ so check 'em out in Jan.

The California Kid

You guys watch any Ultimate Fighting. When I first watched it a few times, I was like "Holy Shit......these guys are fucking killing each other". I mean, I've seen fights where dudes get straight up choked out, asleep. Never mind the vicious, you will probably break your jaw, KO's. But, I watched it a little more and kind of got to know the fighters and realized there is a shitload of strategy going on. My favorite fighter now has got to be Urijah Faber, "The California Kid".
http://www.urijahfaber.com/
I love watching this guy's speed and pure, raw, savage instinct. He makes shit up as the fight goes on, and just overwhelms guys. He lost his last fight, which he basically walked into a big punch.

But, he's got a fight coming up Jan. 25, WEC 38. It's a rematch of a fight with Jens Pulver in which successfully defended his title.........you can read about it here.... http://fiveouncesofpain.com/2008/11/25/urijah-faber-vs-jens-pulver-ii-set-for-wec-38-on-jan-25/

Okay, no Celts unitl Thursday? That's crap.

New Pic

~ Okay, that last picture of Ray Allen turned out like a pile of dog shit on my shoe. It looked freaking cool when I downloaded it, but you know. So, I had to give Mr. Allen his props in a better manner.
~Nothing on the Hot Stove today, Peavey can't hang in the American League, C.C. is gonna get too much money and too many years, Manny...............will be older than dirt by the end of his next contract, but rich dirt, D-Lowe? Awww......I love the guy, but I can't see giving him a ton of cash for what he's worth, The Captain? Well.....1-2 years I could see, but anything more than that like "Posada like contract" will piss me off. Basically all old news.......ah hmmmmm..........boring.

Good Day For Boston

With a nice squeaker of a win for the Pats, my attention, although a bit drunken and sloppy, was then directed at the awesomeness which is the 2008-2009 Celtics. Well, I was a tad nervous as they were trailing after the first half. But, their integrity was tested as they went into overtime and Ray Allen stepped up his game with a shit load of 3 bangers and kick ass. I love this bench, minus Scallophead. Losing Posey sucks, but we still have a very solid bench. This is a tough team, and I'm forseeing another Lakers/Boston Finals......the way it should be.

Who Will Comment First?

OK OK OK......I know there is at least one poor bastard out there looking at this blog. I am asking, begging to hear from you. I'd like to know where you are from.....East Coast? Living on the West Coast like me? So, let's hear from you, you Fahkin Retahds.

The Toughest Little Guy on the Field

Did you see that hit last week from the Steelers? I would have shit my pants, started crying, and then put myself into a ball. Welker? Nah, he comes back this week and singlehandedly kicks ass.

Well.....here's that fucking hit.

Too Close For Comfort

Man, that was close. Our old defense is all but gone with injuries after this game, except for Junior out of retirement. But, let's get to the point, this was the Wes Welker Show. The Slot Machine as they were calling him today. Holy shit. If not for him, we would have a big loss and be out of the playoff race. Moss had a couple of big catches too, but not many. Good to see Lamont Jordan back in there if only for a few plays, I like that dude. This game scared me a bit though, it seemed like every play we were on our third fucking down. We squeaked out the win......now we'll have to see how the C's are doing tonight.

Just Added

Okay, I'm spending some time adding some new things to the blog. I'd like to bring your attention to the right side of the screen and you will notice Red Sox news, but you may say, the Sox aren't even playing now and I really want to see some Patriots news, well....all you have to do is click on "patriots"........SWEET. Also, now if you'd like to know when I post something that is tantalizing to the brain, please add your email to "subscribe".

Thanks again for checking me out.

Celtics Try to Keep the Streak Alive

Oh yeah, and The Truth is trying to make this a 12 game winning streak tonight at 3:00, PST that is. The longest win streak since 1986 by the way.....that was a pretty good team back then too. Let's see if they can keep it rolling.

Patriots

Ok, Matt.....I'm still not sure what to think. The first half of the season, I pretty much was like, you suck. I mean, you wouldn't throw it more than 5 yards a play. And you looked like a sack of potatoes back there getting tossed around. Jeez. Well, then you fucked with my insignificant brain and threw back to back 400+ yard games. You realized that you had Moss out there. You looked fucking good. Now this last game played in the rain, I can't put all the blame on you, I mean, everyone on that field/both teams, looked like they soaked their hands in hot butter and KY before gametime. Gaffney.........Moss (this could have been game changer baby).............ouch, those drops hurt.

Well, that's ok, because we just need to win the rest of the games. No problemo. And to make matters better, we got Seattle today at 1:00, PST that is. Come on Pats, get your fucking ass in gear and lets see another 400 yard game.

Things to ponder.

Do farts have lumps?

Please Comment

So, here I am, very new to blogging. If anyone is interested in this blog I would love to hear some feedback on what you would like to see or some verbal abuse. So, if you're looking at this, give me a shout. I hope to evolve this over time into an enjoyable, yet tasteless project that will hopefully make Boston sports fans laugh and possibly make you sick.

Mellow Yellow day

So, last night I got to watch the C's destroy a supposedly "hot" team. Well, it was enjoyable. After the game my long time friend, "This Guy" (yes....that's what I call him) came over and we played some serious darts and drank a lot of cheap beer until we were stupid. Poor This Guy, might be getting laid off, trouble with his neighbors, and car problems. Hope your feeling better today This Guy.

So, since the Sox pooped out to Tampa, I've been having a hard time filling in all those game times. I mean, come on, you got a game pretty much every day for months and months and then it's like.....BANG.....I mean, a brother could go through some withdrawals. But, now we have the next best thing, trades. I was a little bummed seeing Coco get shipped out, I mean, you know Drew will be out for a couple of months with back spasms, Coco was the perfect 4th guy out there. It'll be interesting to see who we get to fill in that important role. I wonder if Theo has some big blockbuster that he wants to get done. Exciting times for Sox fans.

Celtics End Game

Wow....I really didn't expect the C's to pour it on like that. I mean, Portland got to within 10 points, but really the Celtics just kicked ass. Kendrick......you deserve to be starting for the defending champs. Rondo, well.....we all know I love you, I love the steals, the defense, and what I call "the Move"(that crazy behind the back fake out throw to layup)(Which he couldn't pull off last year, I saw it once so far completed, I believe that once he dials that move in, his offense will be awesome). KG? holy shit. Ray Allen, acting like he's a young man. But, the Truth of the matter is.....well......THE TRUTH! Good game tonight and kicking some serious ass.

Celtics

Okay. Here we are Celtics/Portland half time. I'm really happy with the way Rondo is progressing, he's becoming confident. And, man, he's fast. I think he is so good defensively and his offense is improving. Celtics have a 10 point lead. Portland is a good team, don't get me wrong, I root for 'em because they are my local team, but hey, the Celtics could do it again. Let's see how the second half goes.

More About Me

Well. I'm from a small town in Massachussetts called West Brookfield. Growing up there was great, ride your bike to the lake, play in the woods, and really have no worries. Well, it was great until high school. Then I realized how small the town truly was, you had to go pretty far just to go to the movies or grocery shopping. I also realized that the cops were pretty bored and they harrassed us for skateboarding all the time. It really sucked. I think back to those times and I still get pissed, I mean come on, we were just kids skateboarding. Jeez. Well, after high school, I moved to Las Vegas and then from there spent about 5-7 years randomly moving around the country and traveling a lot. I met my wife, Alesa, in Eugene Oregon. Cool town, cool wife. We worked together in a pizza joint, then moved to Telluride Colorado. I learned how to snowboard and more importantly learned how to be a snowbum. Now, times have changed.......Alesa and I are married, 2 awesome kids, and live in Bend Oregon. I really am enjoying myself here great place to raise kids. Okay, enough about me................

Early in the Morning

Well. It's just 8:00 am, finishing up my coffee and need to bring my daughter Aspen to the bus stop. My wife, Alesa, always busy, has a full weekend with her students. Me and Chase will probably go do something fun together, just the guys, maybe a little lunch somewhere. It's finally getting cold here, this has got to be the most mild winters since I've been here, 10 years. Sounds like the Sox signed a Japanese pitcher Tazawa, I like that they are so proactive with getting talent. Pedroia is officially MVP. How about the C's, only lost 2 so far. I think they can repeat. Okay talk to you later.

IT WORKED

YEAHHHH!!!!!!!! Okay, now first of all.....about me. My name is Jay, but you can call me Jay. I come from a land called MA. But, find myself nowadays on the West Coast. So, I am a big Red Sox fan, Pats fan, and well, anything near Boston, count me in. Like, let me give you an example......Paule Peirce is better than Kobe. Giambi? Thong lover. Pedro will be in the HOF. Clemens? I remember him as a young 20's buck, kinda like P-Bomb (Paplebon, for the newcomers) Bird? Goosebumps.

OKIE DOKIE

Welp, I'm gonna try this out. HERE WE GO....YOU READY?
